Right from my first contact with Jo-Anne [manager], she made me feel like this was the best choice for my father's 85th birthday surprise party. This was confirmed the night we went to see Rudy & Saddle Up at Music in the Park [Kingston]. My Dad really enjoyed them and had no idea they were performing at this surprise party. The night of the party, the band walked in the room and we knew right away the room we had booked was way too small but that didn't discourage Rudy and the rest of the band members.
